Are the products suitable for homes with Septic Tanks?

Yes. Our products do not contain any antibacterial chemicals which may harm the delicate ph balance of your septic tank.

Are the products suitable for vegans?

Yes. Our products have not been tested on animals or contain any animal product.

Can I return my empty bottles and tubs?

Can the packaging be recycled?

Yes. We have sourced 100% fully recyclable packing for each product.

Can the products be used on most surfaces?

Yes. Our products are suitable for use on a wide variety of surfaces, including granite, brushed steel and stainless steel. We recommend testing the products on a small area prior to use if unsure.

I am very sensitive to fragrances, is there a fragrance free option?

Yes. As much as we love our use of essential oils to make each product subtly scented, we understand that not everyone can enjoy this. We also recommend our fragrance free range for use in cleaning pet areas.

What makes the products sustainable?

Our products contain naturally derived ingredients such as Castile soap, bicarbonate of soda and citric acid. A “biodegradable” product has the ability to break down, safely and relatively quickly, by biological means, into the raw materials of nature and disappear into the environment. Each ingredient we use has been sourced for it’s ethical concerns as well as the high quality of the product itself.

Why is there a best before date on the products?

Our products are all made without harsh preservatives such as Methylisothiazolinone, therefore we recommend that our products be used within six months from opening in order to enjoy the aromatic blends while cleaning.
